Pure Pie founder Patrick Robertson
was working as a tree surgeon in Australia when he was bitten by a
little known and extremely rare pie bug. From that moment on, he dedicated
his life to the pursuit of the perfect pie, and when he quickly realised
that such a thing did not exist, he set about creating it. |
|
 |
| Having found a kitchen and some suitably
fanatical producers of quality ingredients, he then spent many months
devising, rolling, filling and tasting. When he was satisfied that
everything was exactly as it should be, he procured a catering trailer
and unleashed his creations on an unsuspecting public at festivals
and events across the country. |
|
 |
| Unsurprisingly, demand soon outstripped
supply, so Patrick transferred production to a shiny new facility
in Kent, and Pure Pie as you know and love it was born. |

| Our philosophy |
 |
1. The joy of pie
With humour and enthusiasm, we spread our message to all that we meet. |
 |
2. Telling it like it is
The truth in our product demands an honest, open and clear approach
to communications. |
 |
3. No straight lines
True beauty lies in the random lines of a homemade crust. Uniformity
is death. |
 |
4. Respect for the pie, respect for the
person.
Through all that we do, reflected in our ingredients, our recipes,
our service and our packaging. |

we do it, we’d love to hear from you. Contact
